Nitrogen Generation System

EPIC’s nitrogen generation skids provide cost savings throughout the production process and increase output capacity by using a modular approach to system construction. Our engineering team is skilled in identifying the proper levels of nitrogen needed for a given usage rate and purity specification. Based upon your process parameters and nitrogen generation needs, EPIC will design and fabricate a custom skid to generate nitrogen using either membrane separation or pressure swing absorption.

EPIC’s nitrogen generation modules are resistant to many of the environmental site conditions that tend to inhibit sustained nitrogen generation operations. We work across a wide variety of industries, including: petroleum, metals, chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. Clean-In-Place (CIP) Systems

EPIC’s CIP skids reduce downtime and alleviate the risks associated with chemical exposure that can occur in traditional cleaning of process equipment. Fully automated function and monitoring is provided during process system cleaning.

EPIC’s CIP skids have built-in cleaning capacity for vessels, tanks, pipes, filters, fittings, and other process equipment without disassembly. Systems can be custom-tailored to use chemicals in the cleaning process, including: base and acid compounds, chlorinated compounds, or quaternary ammonium compounds. Steam or custom sterilization methods can also be incorporated, based upon your process manufacturing requirements for sanitation.

We have designed fully automated CIP systems with custom PLC’s and operator interfaces, sensors, heat exchangers, data collection methods, vision systems, and balance tanks. Fuel Delivery Skids

EPIC’s fuel skids constantly monitor BTU content with feed-rate adjustment, dependent on the process parameters. We specialize in systems that have varying or unpredictable feedstock characteristics.

Fuel delivery systems typically require advanced safety techniques that EPIC can guide you through.
