To prepare for on-site installation, our engineers manage the project, prefabrication and plant & equipment skid design/construction in parallel to ensure your site is ready both internally and externally for the new processing system solutions.
- Advantages of Modular Process Systems Fabrication: Finished process plants are brought to market faster with modular process fabrication. Through parallel construction and offsite fabrication, modular fabrication reduces downtime associated with traditional construction methods.
Our project managers fully integrate and install your new modular process system into your manufacturing facility. This may include processing plant integration, construction management and control system programming.
- Testing & Shipment: FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) is completed before shipment. Process systems and process equipment shipped by EPIC are designed for mobility and are insured. They arrive on-site ready for installation and startup.
Punch list resolution, plus operator and maintenance training will be completed by an EPIC process engineer for your finished skid. Continuing project support is extended to all customers after project completion for troubleshooting any issues.
