President’s Corner: What Makes A Good Salesperson?

EPIC Systems, Inc. CEO, John Schott, sat down to discuss how the EPIC engineers elevate the standard in sales strategy. EPIC engineers understand what the customer wants and can more easily comply with a customer’s needs because they too are engineers and have a well-rounded knowledge on how to get the job done. “There is no magic” according to CEO John Schott. “Fundamentally, if you are a good engineer that genuinely cares about your clients, then you will be a great salesman”.
