EPIC Raises $3,781 to Benefit USO

USOEPIC Systems, Inc. recently sponsored a Trivia Night competition that raised $3,781.00 to benefit the USO.  The first annual EPIC Trivia Night event was held November 18th at the Engineer’s Club in St. Louis, MO with almost 100 people in attendance.

EPIC Trivia Night was hosted by Frank McCormack and Craig Geil and involved a paper airplane engineering contest, silent auction with autographed memorabilia, tribute to the troops and multiple raffles.  Prizes included a new Kindle Fire, wine baskets and a wireless router.

ABOUT THE USO:  Millions of times each year at thousands of locations around the world, the USO lifts the spirits of America’s troops and their families. A nonprofit, congressionally chartered, private organization, the USO relies on the generosity of individuals, organizations and corporations to support its activities. The USO is not part of the U.S. government (and accepts no federal funds), but is recognized by the Department of Defense, Congress and President of the United States, who serves as Honorary Chairman of the USO.
