EPIC Modular Process Systems designs and builds industrial piping systems for manufacturing. Our engineers have years of experience designing piping systems and understand how to develop P&IDs using the proper fittings, valves, controls, instrumentation, and sensor devices to efficiently meet your goals for multi-state material transport. EPIC is also very experienced in the installation and use of flow meters on your process system piping.

Included in EPIC's piping designs are requirements for physical piping layout to ensure a new system fits seamlessly in your plant or manufacturing facility. Using our pre-disposition to modular construction, EPIC safely and efficiently fabricates custom process piping systems in-house in our 40,000 sq ft fabrication shop. From modular pipe bridge systems to completely customized piping sub-assemblies, our group of engineers will work with you to develop the precise piping solution for you.

EPIC also takes responsibility for civil, utilities, and infrastructure modifications in preparation for the installation of a piping application. Full stress and factory acceptance testing is completed inside EPIC's shop prior to shipment and our engineers oversee installation and successful startup of the piping system.
