Process Safety Studies & HAZOP Review

EPIC engineers conduct safety studies and detailed Hazard and Operability Analysis (HAZOP) reviews to identify risks, hazards and operability problems.  Annual examination and investigation into how the plant or process is deviating from the design intent is imperative to continuing safe operations. EPIC will find the safest process solutions for any and all changes in production conditions.

Safety is the top priority throughout system development. EPIC's engineers are properly trained in process safety analysis and are able to evaluate every part of an original process design to ensure the plant or system will operate at the highest levels of safety.

We'll walk through your P & IDs with you to determine any and all hazards and develop a list of risks associated. We examine preventative and hypothetical safety measures to ensure safety in the event of an unforeseen disaster.

Our engineers incorporate the necessary safety solutions into the design including custom equipment or specific devices. EPIC's team of craftspeople install all safety mechanisms in-plant or on the system itself.
